Each custom plan is thoughtfully created with care and intention. Please allow 7–10 business days after lab work is received for completion, excluding holidays. Thank you for honoring the process and allowing us the time needed to create something truly personalized for you.

 

No refunds on services performed.

No refunds or exchanges on opened products or custom made formulas.​

 

Packages

Packages are a one-time purchase and include a set number of treatments at a discounted rate. All packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges on packages.

 

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Patients with a package, cancellation and no-show fees will be charged separately and will not be deducted from or applied toward the package.

In cases of repeated or habitual late cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue the patient-provider relationship at anytime when appropriate.

​

One Year Policy

If you have not been in for treatment for one year or more, another patient evaluation is required. 

 

We do NOT do any insurance billing (EXCEPT for the Natera Cancer Testing)

 

We Accept- Cash, HSA/FSA, Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa

NO Personal Checks

​With environmental sustainability in mind, our clinic uses minimal paper and does everything electronically. This includes intake forms, informational packets and payment receipts.
