Yoni herbal steaming is to sit over brewing herbs and allow them to fumigate your pelvic area. The steam from the herbal decoction penetrates through the dermis to be absorbed. A robe is worn around the waist to hold in the vapors. This is a gentle way to alleviate and regulate many pelvic disorders. Herbal blends can vary depending on specific needs.
